Biography

Weizhe Ding is a senior undergraduate student at Liaoning University. During the past three years, he has obtained an interdisciplinary knowledge base and rich research experience at the intersection of biology, computational science and chemistry. His previous projects include:

  • Molecular Dynamics Fingerprints;
  • The inhibiting mechanism between Eriodictyol and Alpha-amylase;
  • Developing a Network similarity integration method to predict potential lncRNA-miRNA interactions;
